Kit Kat cheese cake bar
Preparation time 90 minutes
crust:
225 g graham cracker crumbs
120 g sugar
120 g butter
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Put crackers and sugar in a food processor until fine breadcrumbs form. Melt butter and mix with the cracker crumbs. Put in a tin or a pan, 20x20, and press the mixture onto bottom of the prepared pan. Here you can use parcment paper to ease your job getting the cake from the tin. Put in the oven for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
chocolate cheese cake:
370 g cream cheese
95 g cocoa powder
90 g sugar
2 eggs
7 Kit Kat packages
Keep the oven in 180 degrees C. Place the Kit Kat on top of the crust. Beat cream cheese, cocoa powder, sugar and eggs until combined and it becomes a smooth mixture. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Kit Kat, you probably need to spread the mixture cause it’s a little bit thick. Bake for 35 minutes , then cool completely.
chocolate on top:
300 g dark chocolate
130 g butter
Melt chocolate and butter over a simmereing water and pour over the chilled cheese cake. Spread evenly. Garnish with melted white chocolate.
white chocolate:
100 g white chocolate
30 g coconut oil or butter
Melt over a simmering water and garnish your own choice.
