Gunnar Sverrisson / Home and Delicious
When I started making my own tortillas there was no way back. It's so completely different, it turns out to be a whole new dish and irresistible. It's no effort. Easy to make the dough. A little bit of flour all over the kitchen and a kind of burning smell when the flour burns on the pan, but that's nothing. Just knowing that you can enjoy them in short time, having some left overs the next day or put some in the freezer for later, makes the effort truly worth it - but it is no effort as I told you! Yesterday I made them with minced beef, organic salad, panfried peppers and leek, cheese and sour cream. So delicious and I can't wait having the left overs tonight.
