I did a post about tea in December and told you about my fondness of tea, tasting new one and the service at a company here in Iceland called the Tea company (Tefélagið). Being a subscriber at Tefélagið means you get a new tea to taste every month and delivered to your door. It's exciting to get new to taste and really something you wouldn't otherwise try. Now I got a tea called Sir John, a black tea from Taiwan and it's smoked over pine wood! It has a taste I've never tried before but interesting to learn. It's kind of smokey, quite dry without being to strong or overwhelming. I really enjoyed it. Try Sir John, you might learn to love him!
