roller blinds – up or down!

Thought it might be interesting to post these images. I've been considering for a while some solution of window treatments for big windows, floor to ceiling. Of course it's no reason to festoon it or close them for no reason when it looks out onto a fantastic view. But when not so and you need some privacy something is needed. Simple roller blinds has not been so easily used in that case but when hung as low as shown on the images it might be a great idea. Also when pulled up instead of rolled down. The advantage for big windows is that you do not cut out all the light and view from the upper part of the window, only the bottom where people would see you if looked in. Of course you can use some curtains too to add textile and warm, cozy feel.
